Problem solving at Bondalti

We continue to support Bondalti Chemicals in its approach to Problem Solving. To this end, we have designed a tailor-made training course that includes a theoretical presentation of the method, real examples from other companies and exercises based on real Bondalti Chemicals cases. We recently completed another edition of this training, which brought together people from various departments, including Production, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics, among others. The aim of this initiative is to promote good practices in solving problems whose root cause is unknown, strengthening the steps of Problem Description, Cause Investigation, Results Measurement and Recurrence Prevention. There will soon be new editions to take the message to more people, leading to the ultimate goal of developing an organization that is better able to solve problems more effectively and efficiently.
