Just finalized the virtual workshop “InBox: Lean Office Kaizen”, using Moresteam’s InBox®, with participants from all over Europe! Participants were able to experience an electronic workflow, complete with rework, defects, invisibility and confusion! Using Lean tools in a collaborative mode, the process has been improved over subsequent rounds of play, just like if it was in a classroom environment! And, since we are working and collaborating virtually now, it makes a lot of sense to practice those skills while we’re learning Lean.
